Cancellations:

Because we are a small, family-owned hotel, we ask that you understand our need for ample notice of cancellation. Cancellations have a large effect on us, unlike hotel chains and larger properties.

To confirm your reservation at the Vinchester Inn, full payment is required.

For any cancellations made at least 21 days prior to your reservation, please email or call us for a full refund, less a $10 administration fee.

For cancellations made within 7 to 21 days before your arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued.

For cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date, no refund will be provided.

Should your stay at the Vinchester Inn be shortened for any reason, you are responsible for the remainder of your reservation with us.

Minimum Stays:

Weekends: A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends (Friday & Saturday night booked together) during high season (April-November), and wine trail weekends.

Weekdays: Single-night stays are available throughout the week.

Arrival/Departure Times:


Check-in: 3:00pm-7:00pm
Check-out: 11:00am

Late arrivals are no problem. We will send instructions for check-in.
