First, the back story!
In 2019, about a year after inheriting Vinchester Inn, we purchased a property around the corner at 304 Schiller. It had been operating as a 3-suite bed & breakfast and needed a lot of work, to say the least.
We fell in love with it's history and charm and spent that summer fixing it up to become "The Schiller House". At the time, I (Hannah) had just quit my full time job and was incredibly excited to have a project I was able to design differently than Vinchester Inn, which had taken shape as simple, hotel-style with its specific colors.
The Schiller House had a great run for 5 or so years, but as we continued upgrading things at Vinchester, the house's shortcomings and age started tugging at us. In the winter of 2026, we redesigned it - new flooring, fixtures, furniture, paint, etc.
It has been hard retraining ourselves to call them "Suites 2 & 3" rather than the Garden Cottage and Main House, but otherwise we are thrilled with the outcome and so happy to finally have everything under the Vinchester Inn umbrella.
Suites 2 & 3 are located at 304 Schiller Street, just around the corner from our main building. They are separate (not connected) and both offer privacy and outdoor space within short walking distance of Hermann's shops, restaurants and bars.

- Bathroom with shower/tub and Beekman 1802 amenities

Suite 3 - sleeps 4-6
- Two bedrooms: one with a King, one with a Queen
- Living room with Queen sofa sleeper
- Dining room with kitchenette
- Fridge
- Microwave
- Countertop oven
- Countertop burner & cooking supplies (for light cooking, not designed for full meals)
- Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room
- Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers
- Original and antique artwork
- Private yard space with fire pit overlooking Schiller Street
- Dog friendly ($25/night fee)
